Job description?

As a Customer Support employee your work consist out of contact with customers by phone. The customer will call you for support for one of our clients. After a good analysis you will be able to give the customer the right answer. You are an advisor for our client.

Our Client is the world's biggest provider for CRM and Contact Center services with offices in all continents. In the Benelux the company is active since 2000 and grown into a key player within its branch. With offices located in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Den Haag.

You can count on coaching from your supervisor and our coach who support you in the best performance. We also offer you to receive a diploma during working hours. We apply for you at the Academy and give you the opportunity to receive your diploma for the MBO education “Costumer support (level 3)”.

Who we look for?

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who would like to be part of a young and enthusiastic team and likes to tackle challenges. You are verbally very strong and you have good communication skills in Dutch/ English or Dutch/French. You are flexible, service driven, and a team player with a good voice. You are good in listening to a customer and really getting to the core of the question and be able to solve it. You know how to summarize and how to advise the customer in the best way possible. You are willing to work 40 hours per week and are available to work during day and evenings till 18.00 hours.

Other:

  • The salary is between € 11,- and € 13,- per hour
  • The salary is excluding holiday Fee.
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday > 08.00 - 18.00
